Roles & Responsibilities The Human Resource Executive will be supporting Management. We are looking for someone who is bright, positive, open, flexible, and has good communication skills. Job Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction. Performance Management: Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting. Support managers with employee performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal and best practice requirements. Administrative Support: Maintain employee records, process HR documentation, and handle confidential information with discretion. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics. Any other HR Ad hoc duties
