The Tax Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of payroll tax, withholding, and reporting processes across multiple entities. This detail-oriented position supports state and local tax administration, unemployment and sales tax reporting, payroll tax reconciliations, and year-end tax activities while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work independently, and possesses a strong understanding of state and local withholding requirements with a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment. .
