Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance team members across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, planning, and parts room functions to support safe and reliable operations.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to employee coaching, corrective actions, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety standards, policies, and procedures, and support on ‑ site safety meetings and compliance with OSHA, EPA, Workers' Compensation, and Hazard Communication requirements.
- Maintain facility documentation including drawings and maps identifying utility cut ‑ offs, hydrants, gas mains, and other critical safety information; ensure regulatory compliance related to electrical and instrumentation maintenance.

- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast ‑ paced, dynamic, and evolving environment, including managing competing priorities and ambiguity.
- Strong working knowledge of facility and building infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and utility systems.
- Proficient in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management, preventive maintenance tracking, and asset history.
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with project management or scheduling software.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply vendor manuals, technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs to support troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Proven capability to support root cause analysis, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross ‑ functional partners and external contractors.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
