Responsibilities

  • Solicit potential customers and expand the existing customer base to increase sales opportunities
  • Identify and resolve customer problems, including operational issues, to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Update weekly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records to maintain accurate sales data
  • Monitor and ensure timely filing of all sales quotations before closing dates to support sales tracking
  • Enter rate details into quotation negotiations and process auto rating upon shipment materialization
  • Coordinate with overseas agents and regional offices to confirm FOB rate details for received shipments
  • Required competencies and certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a shipping line industry

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with motivation, resourcefulness, and responsiveness to dynamic work demands
