Welcome to Montage Health's application process! Job Description: Under the leadership of the Assistant Director of Outpatient Services, the Psychologist provides individual evaluation and individual and group outpatient treatment for mental health disorders in children and adolescent outpatients. The Psychologist is a member of the clinical staff and can treat patients in the Ohana program. In addition, the Psychologist provides education on mental health topics to patients, their family members, the community, and other professionals. Candidates with training and certification in specialized therapies (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) or Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) are preferred. Beyond clinical and educational roles, the psychologist will collaborate with the Ohana Clinical Team on program development for emerging treatment settings in Ohana and for community prevention programs. Important dimensions of this position consist of quality of care, professional commitment, teamwork, interpersonal skills, safety, good public/customer relations and broad behavioral health knowledge. The Psychologist is expected to maintain a productivity standard of at least 25 patient-facing billable hours per week. Must have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, curiosity, high energy, humor and humility.
