Responsibilities

  • Using MEX (CMMS) create, prioritise and schedule maintenance work orders based on equipment and facility needs as well as resource availability
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for building services, plant, and equipment.

  • Proficiency in CMMS ( MEX) or asset management software.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, maintenance manuals, and compliance requirements.
  • Qualification in engineering, facilities management, or a trade related field (desirable).
  • Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment

  • Trade Certificate, OR an Advanced Diploma (related to a Trade)
