Executive Assistant

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including supporting C-level executives
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills: ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands with calm efficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication: can draft executive-level correspondence with polish and clarity
• Attention to detail: meticulous execution of complex tasks
• Proactive mindset, resiliency to changing environments, and collaborative
• Discretion and professionalism: trusted to handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity
• Availability and flexibility: while this is a standard business hours role, ability to flex availability occasionally outside normal working hours is expected - particularly to support executives traveling across time zones
• Technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, productivity/collaboration tools, and travel and expense platforms
