What You Get To Do: As a Lead DSP , you are more than just a Direct Support Professional. You will work very closely with our Program Director. A Lead DSP may assist with coordinating a variety of services including, but not limited to individual finances, activities, program services, family involvement, education/vocational programs, health care/nutrition, and household management. The Lead DSP may also be responsible for staff scheduling and assisting the Program Director in maintaining consistency in programming, individual care, and communication with staff and support team members. The Lead DSP is also responsible to carry out the responsibilities and duties of direct support staff during all direct care shifts.
