  • Assist, as requested, with the annual financial audit
  • Prepare and/or post journal entries for:

  • Grants
  • Monthly accruals
  • Record cash receipts into the appropriate checkbook
  • Conduct annual physical inventory of fixed assets and maintain the fixed asset system
  • Additional Responsibilities:
