As part of the Communications & Corporate Affairs team, the Associate Director, Corporate Communications plays a vital role in protecting and strengthening the trust that makes this mission possible. This is a high-impact individual contributor role operating at the intersection of corporate narrative, public policy, trust & safety, internal communications and reputational resilience. You will help shape how we show up to media, policymakers, investors, employees and members - ensuring our story reflects our values of Courage and Respect, especially in complex or high-visibility moments. Your work will directly influence how Bumble is understood as a public company, a women-first and safety-by-design platform, and a leader in responsible innovation. This role requires strong strategic judgment, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate nuanced policy, safety, and regulatory topics into clear, credible communications. You will also demonstrate fluency in emerging AI tools to enhance monitoring, messaging development, and response preparedness, embedding responsible AI practices into your communications approach. This role reports to the VP of Communications.
