Vice President Strategy & M&A (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the development, implementation, and governance of the company's overall strategic plan . Ensure that the plan is clearly defined, continuously refined, and effectively communicated and understood across the organization
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and E xecutive L eadership T eam, providing expert guidance on strategic direction, planning, execution, and value creation
• Own and lead all M&A activities, including deal sourcing, evaluation, execution, and relationship management with key stakeholders
• Ensure successful post-merger integration by aligning processes, structures, systems, and resources to fully realize synergies
• Lead, prioritize, and coordinate global strategic initiatives and transformation projects, ensuring measurable progress, business impact, and alignment with corporate objectives
• Steer and monitor strategic performance and value creation, including defining KPIs, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery against strategic and financial targets

Requirements

• 10+ years of international experience in strategy, corporate development and senior commercial roles on the Industry side
• Proven track record with strong business acumen and understanding of operations and value drivers
• Experience in M&A and post-merger integration as well as leading complex strategic and transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical, project, and change management skills with the ability to translate insights into action
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills across all levels , leading without authorities
• Ability to perform in dynamic environments with structured execution
• High integrity and ownership mindset with strong focus on results
• Fluent in English , other languages beneficial
