As our new Head of CRM & Marketing Cloud you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational execution of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing cloud initiatives within the organization. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration of systems following the merger of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and optimizing marketing processes. The Head will oversee a diverse team, including delivery managers, marketing cloud team leads & developers, Salesforce application experts and Accenture Center of Services (Designers & devs), driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality marketing technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Technical Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to the CRM and marketing cloud team. Implement best practices and drive adherence to coding standards and architectural principles. Integration Management: Lead the integration efforts of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan's CRM and marketing systems, ensuring seamless data migration and interoperability. Identify opportunities for process optimization and synergies through integration. Software Development Oversight: Manage the full software development lifecycle for CRM and marketing cloud solutions, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery of applications. Domain Expertise Development: Cultivate a deep understanding of business processes and challenges to drive technological innovation and improvements within the CRM and marketing domain. Product & Architectural Design Collaboration: Collaborate with product teams and architecture teams to define and align processes, software solutions with the organization's technology strategy and standards. Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with quality and security standards. Quality Assurance Implementation: Enforce quality assurance practices to meet functional requirements and performance benchmarks. Conduct code reviews and maintain adherence to best practices. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with software development, ensuring successful project delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to align development efforts with organizational goals. Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate has: Strong technical leadership and innovative mindset, well-versed in the latest technologies and trends in CRM (Salesforce) and marketing cloud solutions. Expertise in strategic planning, DevOps, architecture, AI, machine learning, and budgeting. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical capabilities. Familiarity with current technological trends and business concepts. Strong problem-solving aptitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of security and scalability in CRM (Salesforce) and marketing platforms (SF Marketing Cloud). 8+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in enterprise-level applications and systems. Demonstrated success in leading software development teams and delivering complex projects. Proficient in relevant programming languages and technologies, including SQL, ETL, and .NET. Experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies. Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is advantageous. Fluent in English is required. What do we offer?
