- Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years progressive leadership experience in SaaS engineering and product management, including CPTO/CTO/VP Engineering or similar roles.
- Demonstrated success modernizing legacy platforms into modern, cloud‑ready architectures at scale.
- Deep expertise in .NET, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automated testing, and architectural patterns for distributed systems.
- Proven track record implementing disciplined product management, roadmap governance, and release processes.
- Strong understanding of application and infrastructure security, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience leading technical transformation in mission-critical software environments.
- Experience defining and delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics strategies in SaaS, retail, supply chain, or operationally intensive environments.
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture, data governance, data quality frameworks, and their relationship to AI reliability and safety.
