Responsibilities
- Billing & Invoice Management
- Update shipment costs accurately in CW1/Tango.
- Ensure timely invoicing of shipments in accordance with company KPIs.
- Verify vendor and intercompany invoices and raise disputes for discrepancies when required.

- Manage email correspondence and follow up on outstanding matters in a timely manner.
- Adhere to customer-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for assigned customer accounts.
- Ensure monthly reports are completed accurately and submitted within required timelines.
- Compliance & Process Management
- Escalate operational issues and processing delays to the reporting manager when necessary.
- Comply with DSV's Global Standard Processes, Corporate Governance policies, and Code of Conduct.
- Participate in company projects, initiatives, and process improvement activities.
- Provide backup support to team members when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding, Air Freight Operations, Export Billing, Field Operations, Consolidation Planning, or Scheduling.
- Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal educational qualifications.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding environments is preferred.
- Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of export and import freight forwarding operations.
- Understanding of customs clearance procedures and documentation processes.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding products and services.
- Understanding of legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements within the logistics industry.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive and adaptable in addressing operational challenges.
- Willingness to support operational requirements outside normal working hours when necessary.
