About the role
As a central pillar of Commercial Excellence, you will shape and enhance pricing strategies across the EMEA region to fuel sustainable growth. Responsibilities
- Optimize pricing architectures to drive profitable growth, support competitiveness, and harmonize approaches across countries and product categories.
- Own pricing initiatives within the EMEA Commercial Excellence roadmap; lead multi-country pricing projects by defining target states, coordinating resources, and ensuring adoption, capability building, and sustained impact across local teams.
- Monitor and analyze pricing performance across the region, identifying value
- leakage and margin improvement opportunities, challenging local execution,
- and providing actionable insights, including market pricing intelligence when
- available.
- Coordinate the annual price-change cycle, including target validation and
- approvals, and design the dashboards, KPIs, and monitoring tools required to
- track execution quality and ensure markets remain on course to achieve pricing objectives.
- ABOUT YOU
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience working in international, multi country environments, ideally within a matrix organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Solid pricing acumen and sharp commercial judgment.
- Advanced analytical skills and critical thinking capability, with a data‑driven mindset.
- Effective influencer across cultures and hierarchies, able to challenge constructively and gain buy in
- Fluent in English - any additional European language is a plus
