Financial Management Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the US NAVAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE (USNCC). Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Provide budget and estimates as well as controlling, reviewing, and evaluating budget requests, and present and defend budget estimates, and report obligations and expenditures in support plans, programs, and activities; 2) Analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management for an organization's program and administrative operation; 3) Implement legal and regulatory controls and experience; providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds in support of organizations programs and activities; and 4) Execute track and report, commitments, obligations and disbursements.
