The ideal candidate will bring experience in a high-volume, multi-asset environment, strong analytical and Excel skills, with curiosity around crypto, blockchain, and DeFi. /p> p> strong> /strong> /p> p> strong>In this role you /strong> strong>will be responsible for: /strong> /p> ul> li>Oversee the full settlement process for digital assets, coordinating directly with counterparties to confirm figures and ensure timely transfer of assets. /li> li>Apply strong attention to detail to reduce risk, ensuring high-value transactions are executed accurately with no impact to PnL. /li> li>Partner with trading teams to optimize asset allocation and distribution across venues for maximum efficiency. /li> li>Manage end-to-end middle office operations across equities (stocks and ETFs), options, futures, and FX, including reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, and dividends. /li> li>Help design, implement, and enhance operational workflows and controls to improve scalability and efficiency. /li> li>Work closely with Trading, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams to assess and address regulatory requirements across products. /li> /ul> p> strong>The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills: /strong> /p> ul> li>3+ Years of experience in middle office or trade operations within a high-volume, complex financial services environment /li> /ul> ul> li>Bachelor s degree in business, finance, or a quantitative field /li> li>Strong Excel proficiency combined with a track record of driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency. /li> li>Solid understanding of trading workflows and a genuine interest in financial markets, with curiosity around blockchain, crypto, and DeFi. /li> li>Technical aptitude, including exposure to databases/SQL and the ability to read or write basic Python scripts, is highly advantageous. /li> /ul>
