Additional Information

We are looking to hire a full-time Live Stream Manager (TikTok Shop) for DNAM Brands. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of live shopping on TikTok Shop across our portfolio of brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing live commerce channel that drives revenue, customer engagement, and brand visibility. This is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is comfortable operating both strategically and tactically. You will play a key role in shaping how DNAM shows up on TikTok Shop, from content strategy to live execution. In this role, you will oversee and drive performance across: Live stream planning & execution Host and creator management Product selection & merchandising for live Performance tracking & optimization TikTok Shop-specific strategy and growth You will partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams to ensure product, messaging, and timing are aligned to maximize live stream performance. This role requires a strong understanding of TikTok content dynamics, live selling formats, and conversion optimization, along with the ability to move quickly and iterate in real time.
