• Patrols campus and interacts with public and staff as needed to control smoking or parking in unauthorized areas; informs persons of tobacco treatment options.
• Provides special service functions such as assisting individuals experiencing motor vehicle problems.

Excellent observational skills, and ability listen to customer complaints and concerns.
