Essential Responsibilities Own end-to-end patient operations across assigned clients, including patient access, scheduling, pre-registration, authorization, and customer service, while driving KPI improvement and leading remediation plans for performance risks. Lead client and stakeholder relationships as the main point of accountability, guiding client discussions, aligning cross-functional teams, and removing barriers to execution. Turn analytics into action by conducting deep-dive performance analysis, identifying trends and root causes, and establishing clear daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring rhythms. Build and lead high-performing teams across geographies and functions, with a focus on coaching, performance management, succession planning, and strengthening analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Drive process improvement and scalable delivery by standardizing reporting, implementing best practices, and developing repeatable frameworks in complex, matrixed, outsourced environments.
