Key responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with GPs and external doctors to drive referrals - Conduct daily field visits and weekly engagement follow-ups - Ensure brand presence through local events, awareness drives, and CMEs - Track and report referral flow, doctor engagement quality, and conversion metrics - Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimise referral-to-surgery funnel Performance targets: - Weekly and monthly referral count targets - Doctor visit frequency and relationship quality benchmarks - Referral-to-conversion rate tracking - Participation in local events and engagement campaigns Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and relationship -building skills - 1-5 years of experience in field sales or hospital marketing preferred - Background in pharma, diagnostics, or hospital referral roles is ideal - Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork; two-wheeler preferred - Goal-driven with strong reporting discipline
