Temporary Summer Help

Responsibilities

• Support Production: Assist with product sorting and quality inspections (HFI).
• Maintain Excellence: Keep our facility safe and efficient through various clean-up tasks.
• Team Support: Tackle other duties as assigned by the management team.

• Safety & Teamwork: You prioritize a safe work environment , consistently wear all required PPE , and bring a positive, "can-do" attitude to the floor.
• Core Skills: Ability to read/comprehend directions and communicate effectively in English.
• Math Savvy: Comfortable with basic math, including decimals and fractions.
• Reliability: You are ready to work hard and stay active in a high-energy, fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Punctuality is Key: We rely on our team to keep production moving. We need candidates who are highly dependable , arrive on time for every shift, and maintain an excellent attendance record.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old .
• Physical Ability: Comfortable pushing, pulling, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 30 lbs. regularly.
• Screening: Must successfully pass a background check, physical exam, and drug screening.
