* JOB DESCRIPTION* Key Roles and Responsibilities - Coordinate and administrate all relevant contractual matters - Quantity taking-off and measurement; - Preparation of cost comparison and analysis of quotations; - Source, evaluate, and negotiate contract clauses, terms, and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors; - Preparation of cost comparison and analysis of quotations; - Preparation of Bill of Quantities (for Tender); - Prepare cost estimation and project budgeting; - Submission of progressive claims and variation of orders; - Evaluate and certify monthly subcontractor's claim; and - Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by superiors Working hours: (5 days work per week), Mon- Fri - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
