- Lead discovery efforts with clinicians, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify unmet needs across specialties, languages, modalities, and care settings
- Design experiments and launch plans that validate new capabilities quickly while protecting the quality and reliability of the core clinical experience
- Work with Design to create simple, intuitive experiences that make sophisticated speech technology feel seamless and trustworthy
- Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, privacy, security, and downstream product teams to ensure ambient speech capabilities integrate reliably into note generation and future agentic workflows
- Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Go-to-Market, and leadership teams around priorities, progress, risks, and product decisions
- Establish a strong feedback loop from production usage, customer feedback, and operational signals into the squad's roadmap and continuous improvement process
