Hazardous Materials Experience - Experience ensuring compliance with regulations concerning hazardous materials including, but not limited to, the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (FWPCA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Comprehensive Environmental Response and Liability Act, Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (OPA 90), Clean Air Act, Solid Waste Disposal Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Hazardous Materials Transportation Security Act (HMTA), Rail Safety Improvement Act, and the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA) Oral Communication - Experience facilitating efficient and effective communication with stakeholders NOTE: All experience statements (i.e., duties, specialized experience, or related applicable assessment) copied from this announcement and pasted into your resume will not be considered as a demonstration of your qualifications for this position.NOTE: Education can be substituted for experience at this grade level.National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience): Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
