Job Summary: This role is responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels, stocking the production supply rooms, processing incoming raw materials, managing materials in the ERP system, and completing annual physical inventories. Moreover, the role is responsible for promoting our mission to improve patient outcomes through high-quality outsourced pharmaceuticals. Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Essential Functions: Responsible for incoming materials processing and inventory management. Devises policies and procedures in the area of inventory control. Performs light-to-medium material-handling functions within the department, moving product and components as required. Manages cycle counting of physical materials and ensures accuracy of stock levels. Maintains material data in the ERP system and manages receipt of inventory through software transactions. Reconciles potential inventory losses, investigates shortages and discrepancies, and performs KPI indicator assessments. Processes rejected materials and records information, as needed. Responsible for stock issuance and returns for production activities. Notifies the Quality Department when cGMP shipments arrive. Leads the efforts to sanitize materials in the controlled area. Works in other functions within the department, as needed. Works well collaboratively with others Builds positive working relationships across teams Demonstrates flexibility in handling changing priorities Required Skills & Abilities: APICs / CPIM certification is strongly desired. Knowledge of cGMP guidelines/standards required. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage time and adhere to time frames. Detail and accuracy-oriented. Computer abilities, including data management and shipping software. Excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of processing materials in an ERP system. DOT HazMat training desired. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods when required. Ability to operate materials handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, preferred Physical Requirements (if applicable): Able to lift up to 49 lbs. and stand for extended periods when required. Ability to operate materials handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, preferred Required Credentials: 1+ years' experience in a pharmaceutical environment High School Diploma or equivalent.
