Location Nowra, NSW, Australia Team Leader - Nowra Full time preferred, may be flexible for 4 days per week On-site In this role your time will be split between leadership responsibilities and also managing a clinical caseload. Key responsibilities include: Providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of 5-8 allied health professionals. Building and maintaining the engagement, cultural identity and retention of therapy teams Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and government agencies. Management of workflow, case loads and productivity for direct reports Maintaining a small clinical caseload to stay connected to practice and model best-practice approaches. With 75% of our clients under the age of 14 though, this is a great opportunity for you to specialise in early intervention therapy, and grow your career with CPA. Eligibility Requirements: Proven experience leading or supervising allied health professionals. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop, retain high-performing teams The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders to enhance service reach and impact. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology preferred) and professional registration.
