Location Nowra, NSW, Australia Team Leader - Nowra Full time preferred, may be flexible for 4 days per week On-site In this role your time will be split between leadership responsibilities and also managing a clinical caseload. Ideal for someone with a Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapist (Physiotherapists may also be considered) Leadership Responsibilities: As the Team Leader of Therapy Services you will deliver high quality, client-focused and outcome driven services to patients with a disability. Key responsibilities include: Providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of 5-8 allied health professionals. Building and maintaining the engagement, cultural identity and retention of therapy teams Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and government agencies. Management of workflow, case loads and productivity for direct reports Maintaining a small clinical caseload to stay connected to practice and model best-practice approaches. Overall we have a highly varied and diverse caseload across the disciplines, ranging in age, diagnosis, complexity and needs, specifically within the cerebral palsy and disability space. With 75% of our clients under the age of 14 though, this is a great opportunity for you to specialise in early intervention therapy, and grow your career with CPA. We are integrated closely into the community and have developed amazing relationships with our families and local partners in the area. Eligibility Requirements: Proven experience leading or supervising allied health professionals. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop, retain high-performing teams The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders to enhance service reach and impact. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology preferred) and professional registration.
