Human Resources Executive (Regional Exposure)

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner in day-to-day HR operations across Southeast Asia.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer administration.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives, including training schedules and records management.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records in compliance with company policies.
• Handle office administration and company asset management.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects across the region.
• Support HR project.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role.
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
