Responsibilities

- Shape and coordinate Flatiron's presence at conferences, industry events, and partner-facing forums, including conceptualization and execution of local Flatiron-hosted events, roundtables, or briefings
Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, marketing, consulting, partnerships, or related roles within healthcare, pharma, life sciences, health tech, or a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with significant attention to detail and a strong sense for tone, nuance, and accuracy
- Interest in and aptitude for supporting partnership development and ongoing partner operations with Japanese hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and regulatory agencies
- Native-level Japanese and business level English
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing or communications strategies, ideally within the Japanese healthcare ecosystem
- Strong ownership in proactively mastering Japan's complex regulatory and ethical landscape, with the agility to tailor communication strategies to resonate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud (or comparable tools)
