Associate/Senior Associate, Regulatory Compliance

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to manage a portfolio of fundmanagement clients to provide them compliance solutions and services
• Provide compliance advisory services such aslicense applications, compliance program support, regulatory reporting etc
• Handle compliance assignments and ensurecompletion that meet clients' timelines and quality standards
• Assist in drafting and reviewing proposals andletters of engagement to clients
• Keep abreast of the latest regulatoryrequirements and industry updates
• Other ad-hoc compliance duties as necessary
• Key requirements
• At least 2 years of regulatory complianceexperience in consultancy firms / audit firms / regulators / buyside assetmanagement firms
• Good understanding of asset management industry
• Candidates from audit background with fundexposure will be considered
• Good client servicing and communication skills
• Motivated, meticulous, team-player
