Requirements

  • B.E. in Electrical & Electronics .
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales, channel management.
  • Strong understanding of UPS products, channel business, power quality solutions, and related technologies.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills - Ability to influence partners and customers to drive sales outcomes.
  • Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management - Builds trust and long-term partnerships with channel partners and customers.
  • Effective Communication - Clear, confident communication for product discussions, training sessions, and partner engagement.
  • Channel Partner Engagement - Skilled at understanding, training, and motivating partners to enhance their performance.
  • Adaptability & Resilience - Thrives in dynamic market conditions and can adjust strategies as needed.
