Merchant Acquisition & Relationship Management Develop strong relationships with key merchants and retail partners. Ensure high merchant retention and engagement. Resolve escalations related to service, operations, or product issues. Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements. Improve operational efficiency and field execution. Track business metrics through dashboards and MIS reporting. Strategic Planning Identify growth opportunities across markets and categories. Execute zonal business plans aligned with company strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations. Requirements

  • Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 8-15 years of experience in sales/business development
