Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in partnerships, outreach, events, or project management
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple timelines

Job Responsibilities: Identify and develop partnership opportunities with organisations and external stakeholders Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and collaborators Support outreach and engagement initiatives to increase awareness and participation Plan and execute outreach programmes, events, and engagement activities Manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, and documentation Coordinate multiple projects concurrently and ensure smooth execution within deadlines Develop outreach materials, presentations, and engagement content where required Monitor and analyse outreach and partnership performance metrics Prepare reports, feedback analysis, and recommendations for future improvements Maintain stakeholder and engagement databases Support procurement and vendor management processes Perform other duties and projects as assigned
