- Complete enrollment/credentialing and re-credentialing applications for individuals and group practices.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary liaison for contracting, credentialing, and enrollment with participating customers, ensuring clear and timely communication on project tasks and deadlines.

- What it takes to join the family:

- Customer service, client relations, and claims resolutions experience is a must.
- Strong familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid programs, as well as experience working with healthcare facilities and institutions, is highly valuable.
- Professional demeanor with a self-starter attitude.
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer service focused aptitude.
- Must be a team player and highly self-motivated.
- Strong reporting expertise with ability to provide status reports and escalation where necessary.
- Experience with Ketamine therapy and Spravato credentialing and enrollment preferred but not required.
