Ensures associates safety and process quality by using and implementing safety and process audits. Prepares the production floor for daily production. Monitors hourly/daily production. Review production processes for accuracy and quality requirements. Train/maintain training of team member in processes. Monitors team members or production machines for improvement suggestions. Communicate with associates, supervisors and other key business stakeholders effectively including start of shift meetings, shift turnover communication ex. reports/emails. Assist with material loading and unloading as necessary from PIT equipment. May be required to stock lines as needed. Assists production operators as necessary.
