Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic lead for prospect marketing, acting as the connective tissue across marketing, sales, content, social, PR, and Business Development teams

  • What are we looking for?

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in prospect marketing, growth marketing, or acquisition-focused roles, preferably within financial services or a complex B2B environment
  • 10+ years' experience leading integrated, multi-channel, and performance-driven marketing strategies aligned to sales outcomes; strong background in content strategy, positioning, digital engagement, paid media, and campaign orchestration
  • 5+ years' experience leading teams while remaining actively engaged as a player/coach
  • Core Competencies:
  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with sales enablement and business development teams
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders across organizational functions
  • A collaborative, low-ego leadership approach, with the humility to listen, learn, and strengthen alignment while driving results
  • Strong strategic storytelling and executive communication skills
  • A data-informed mindset with experience using insights to guide marketing strategy and optimization
  • Preferences:

  • $138,638.00 - $231,132.00

They will also oversee performance marketing efforts designed to generate, nurture, and convert high-quality advisor leads at scale, while helping to better define and execute MCX's role within LPL's broader sales enablement ecosystem. This role requires a player/coach mindset, combining exceptional critical thinking with proven execution effectiveness, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across MCX, Business Development, and the broader enterprise.
