Join our dynamic team as a Procurement Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' procurement ecosystems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and product team to map complex procurement workflows, optimize functional solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Your functional expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our customers' spend management strategies and ensuring long-term customer success. WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US Lead end-to-end implementations of functional workstreams (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management) from the start to production delivery. Deploy our agentic AI solutions by leveraging your deep procurement domain expertise and natural language (prompting and functional logic) to tailor AI behaviors specifically to the customer's unique business context. Actively work with the Solution Architect in the Design phase by sharing with the Customer or Partner leading practices, demonstrating the product, conducting fit-gap analysis, and taking full functional ownership of the design document. Oversee and contribute to the Delivery and Deployment plan and ultimately guarantee successful deployment to Production. Configure the solution and coordinate the effort with other team members to guarantee project milestones are met. Incorporate customer feedback to assess and enhance product features. Ensure PMO (Project Management Office) activities and support change management initiatives to drive end-user adoption. YOUR PROFILE If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of functional experience in procurement, SRM, Supply Chain
  • Prior experience with software and Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation projects is a plus.
  • Proven experience driving digital transformation using leading cloud procurement platforms, with a strong aptitude for leveraging natural language to guide AI/automation tools.
  • Experience in managing client & partners relationships, leading workshops, and acting as a trusted business advisor.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycles combined with excellent Project Management skills.
  • Relevant procurement or project management certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) are highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire clients during workshops and build strong, collaborative partnerships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and work in close collaboration with clients and partners.
  • Self-driven, results oriented, autonomous and flexible
  • Ability to mentor peers on procurement and spend management processes.
  • You will go through Ivalua's certification process to learn the Product.
  • An excellent command of English
  • BS/BA degree in Procurement, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent.
