Your New Role... As a Health and Safety Manager, you will coordinate the Health and Safety function across the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London campus in Leavesden, helping to maintain a safe, compliant and proactive environment. You will work closely with operational teams and external partners to support strong safety practices in a busy, visitor-facing setting. Your Role Accountabilities... Ensure Health and Safety procedures are up to date, regularly reviewed, and aligned with relevant legislation, internal policies and industry standards. Develop and implement programmes for hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control, including oversight of supplier safety practices such as HACCP. Carry out regular walkarounds, inspections and audits to support safe operations across facilities, equipment, projects and day-to-day activities. Partner with operational teams to support safe delivery of projects, shutdown periods and ongoing activities, including Duty Management shifts of an award-winning visitor attraction. Coordinate and support incident management, including investigations, trend analysis, reporting and risk assessments. Champion occupational health of the workforce, from general practices to coordinating individual assessment outcomes. Communicate Health and Safety updates, chair safety meetings and contribute to reporting that supports leadership decision-making and compliance. Qualifications & Experience NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) as a minimum. Demonstrable HS&E experience within a public-facing organisation, with experience communicating with a range of stakeholders including senior leaders. Experience in a visitor attraction or similar leisure environment with high public interaction preferred. Ability to support delivery of Health and Safety training and promote safe working practices. Ability to analyse and interpret technical, legislative and operational documentation, with an understanding of workplace fire safety. #T&R Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
