About the role
The Volunteer Services Manager is responsible for managing the integration of volunteers into the health care team by implementing processes for volunteer recruitment, screening, interviewing, training/orientation, placement, retention, discipline, evaluation, and termination, as well as the supervision of Volunteer Services staff. Proficiency with Volgistics software preferred. Certification preferred (CVA or CAVS).
