NPI/Engineering Mechanical Product Lead

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
• At least 5 years of stable experience in a similar role at a dynamic startup company - MUST
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks- Mandatory) and creating technical engineering documentation.
• Experience with NPI processes , PLM and ERP systems.
• Experience in a high-tech company with in-house manufacturing.
• Proven ability to write assembly and test instructions.
• Deep knowledge of production processes, ( QMS ) and work on a production line.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage long-term projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• The ability to read and write high-level technical documents and communicate in English.
• A highly motivated individual with the ability to drive progress and solve problems on the production line.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Job Summary As a Mechanical Engineering Product Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transition of new hardware products from the design and development phase to successful mass production. You will be a key technical point of contact, managing New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and collaborating closely with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing.
