Responsibilities

  • Perform basic preventive maintenance (PMs) on forklifts, dock doors, and facility equipment
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repair of material handling equipment (Crown, Toyota, Yale forklifts)
  • Support maintenance of building systems, including:
  • Lighting and minor electrical (bulbs, ballasts, fixtures)

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of maintenance, mechanical, or related experience (warehouse, construction, automotive, etc.)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to learn new systems and equipment
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Work Environment & Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing
  • Exposure to warehouse environment (heat, cold, noise, moving equipment)
  • **Ability to travel between local facilities as needed**
  • Exposure to forklift or automotive repair
  • Basic understanding of electrical or hydraulics
  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • **Previous plumbing, HVAC or electrical experience is a plus!**
