Position Overview The primary purpose of this position is to provide oversight for the RDD (requested delivery date) and the SOTP ( supplier on time performance ) processes . This position drives performance from the manufacturers to ensure we maintain our stated service level goals to our customers. Additionally, there will be frequent communication and meetings with manufacturers to review their performance and meetings with the department heads as well. The three department representatives responsible for oversight on their GL will also work directly within this position to support attainment of goals and implementation of processes. Job Description Supervise implementation and follow through of the SOTP/OTIF processes. This includes meetings, emails, and virtual meetings to ensure the manufacturers are engaged in the process. Develop and implement an agenda to be followed by the department representatives for overall vendor compliance. Monitor and advise on behavior by manufacturers and develop action steps for enhanced performance Review and report out at a normal cadence to department head's manufacturers whose performance is subpar Hold meetings with the departments to review manufacture performance and develop a process to address underperforming manufacturers Work with the vendor community to improve their performance. Provide vendor process improvement plans. Analyze reports and take corrective action with manufacturers Monitor overall measurement of vendor alert responses Work with IT as needed to update potential capabilities and processes Monitor and publish scorecards for both internal and external users Special projects as assigned. Travel Required: No Environment Office: Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
