Live Sales Supervisor

Requirements

• Qualifications
• 1-3+ years of leadership, retail, operations, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making abilities
• Experience in retail, sales, fulfillment, production, social commerce, or customer experience environments preferred
• Comfortable adapting quickly during livestream operations and changing business needs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event-based scheduling
• Experience with Shopify, Whatnot, TikTok Live, or livestream commerce is a plus
• Passion for fashion, digital commerce, customer engagement, and team leadership

The ideal candidate is proactive, business-minded, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting both team performance and customer experience in a rapidly growing live commerce environment.
