Business Development Lead

About the role

We're looking for a Business Development Lead to own and accelerate Fun's commercial growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a senior individual contributor role - you'll run high-touch enterprise deals end-to-end and help shape how we bring Checkout to market across payments, fintech, and iGaming. You don't need crypto experience; we're actively looking for people who've built deep BD muscle in these industries and are ready to apply it to the infrastructure layer of on-chain commerce. We work together Monday through Thursday for fast, iterative collaboration and optional WFH Fridays to reset and recharge.

Requirements

• 7+ years of BD or sales experience with a consistent track record of closing enterprise deals.
• Background in payments, fintech, or iGaming - ideally with experience selling to or within financial infrastructure, neobanks, payment companies, or regulated gaming operators.
• Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles independently. Comfortable engaging executives, founders, product leaders, and legal/compliance stakeholders with equal confidence.
• Genuine curiosity about crypto and the future of on-chain payments.
