About the role
As Regional Director for CEE, you will own the full revenue agenda for the region - acquiring new customers as we continue to grow rapidly across Poland and Central & Eastern Europe, while leading a high-performing team responsible for account strategy, growth, and customer satisfaction across our full portfolio of solutions. Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Identify and engage new B2B clients across the CEE region, prospecting and growing revenue within a defined geographic market.
- Drive outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, event participation, and other innovative approaches, and convert inbound leads within the territory.
- Lead consultative sales processes, including product demonstrations, presentations, and responses to tenders, clearly communicating the value proposition and use cases of the product portfolio.
- Negotiate, draft, and finalize sales agreements.
- Account Growth & Retention
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure zero attrition across the book of business.
- Drive growth by identifying new use cases and expanding solutions through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Lead account strategies and governance to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Champion customer advocacy through events, case studies, and testimonials.
- Team Leadership
- Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Implement MEDDPICC and execute against best-practice frameworks to optimize performance.
- Deploy resources strategically to maximize market impact and deliver results.
- Enhance customer and employee satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty, measured through NPS.
- Operating Rhythm & Market Insight
- Maintain a healthy, up-to-date sales pipeline, with client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts accurately documented in Salesforce CRM.
- Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, and Gong to enhance productivity and insights.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, market trends, regulatory updates, competitive landscape, and new product developments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Polish, Russian and English.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced sales within technology and SaaS, with demonstrated experience in B2B business development.
- Expertise in AML, Fraud, and Financial Crime Compliance.
- Directed Enterprise and Mid-Tier account strategies while actively contributing to sales performance.
- Skilled in MEDDPICC coaching and methodologies such as GROW and Situational Leadership.
- Proven record of driving growth and exceeding business objectives in complex organizations.
- Experience building and managing C-level relationships, using value-based, customer-centric methodologies.
- Ability to hire, develop high-performing talent, and manage underperformance.
- Advocate for diversity, succession planning, and talent management to enhance customer outcomes.
- A university degree is preferred but not essential; advanced or technical degrees are a plus.
