The Corporate Solutions Assistant Manager is a sales function responsible for bringing sales through corporate distribution channels. The assigned CS Assistant Manager shall lead, manage, and develop the assigned channel in line with the corporate objectives and vision. CS Assistant Manager is also expected to provide delivering new business, handle renewal negotiations and manage after sales escalations. Position Responsibilities: Effectively execute strategies and action plans on handling corporate accounts and lead generation activities. Meet the set targets in terms of APE, activation, and number of closed cases. Train and manage the channel to sell Group Insurance, Group Credit Life and Health products Build and execute process to ensure that Service Level Agreements for the delivery of corporate account and lead generation requirements are met. Build and maintain a professional and ethical relationship with the channel, in line with regulatory, industry and company standards. Sub-sector operations: - Reinforce various company communications and initiatives of Corporate Solutions through business reviews, roadshows and lead generation activities. - Develop, implement, promote and monitor campaigns of Corporate Solutions. - Supports the channel in conducting corporate training programs, client presentations and business reviews for existing clients. - Ensure efficient delivery of services related to proposal generation, presentation and closing requirements and lead generation sales conversion. - Manage after-sales escalations - Handles New Business Acquisition - Negotiates renewal business.
