Responsibilities

  • Sales Crediting Operations - Execution and Analysis
  • Lead Incentive compensation Operations : Responsible for leading and driving the sales crediting process based on the business rules of the franchise, including: data sources, market definitions, alignments, filtering for on-label specialties [ABS], and the Best Address Process
  • Drive Data onboarding : Understands the data needs of the Franchise and actively participates and monitors the data onboarding process for any new data sources per the Franchise needs.
  • Thorough understanding of different types of data sources and their granularity -Retail, Non-Retail, Patient data, Direct, VA/DOD ,chargeback, buy-and-bill, and implementation for IC
  • Through understanding of the Business Rules Repository (BRR) for implementation of crediting and QM business rules
  • Statistically Supported Analytics : A successful candidate will be skilled in a variety of analytical techniques. Responsible for performing thorough data analysis to ensure data accuracy in IC Operations. Ensure business rules are being followed, and timelines are met.
  • Understand strategic and tactical issues, employ appropriate methodologies to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Incentive Data Audit processes : Actively drive the Incentive Data Audit processes that are conducted quarterly and monthly for the Franchise.
  • Issue Resolution and data management : Analyze IC data to resolve business inquiries and identify trends in IC results. Manage and investigate inquiries to a successful resolution.
  • Respond timely and accurately to field sales inquiries and work closely with sales and marketing teams and all internal departments.
  • Perform ad-hoc audits when needed to support specific franchises during periods of high workload.
  • Drive multiple complex projects, balancing between short-term and long-term objectives and managing the projects within timelines.
  • Develop and deliver formal presentations to internal and field teams including senior management and sales leadership.
  • Develop communications including Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, PowerBI, and Excel files.
  • Collaboration and Consulting:
  • Partner with cross functional teams-MABI, commercial data management, BTS, and the Franchise vertical teams to provide guidance and support to the Franchise leaders in employing efficient processes for data validation and reporting.
  • Partner with the Field Tools team to provide guidance and insights on any Franchise related data/business questions to support accurate reporting.
  • BA, BS degree required. BA/BS required to ensure effective understanding and application of business concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously with sense of urgency.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, consulting, and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer and operations focus.

The Incentive Compensation Operations Manager is a key strategic partner for all our Franchises sales forces when it comes to understanding the complexities of the Franchise Incentive Comp Business rules and implementing them to ensure accurate and timely payouts and Goals. The main purpose of the role is to provide operational support to the Commercial sales organization. The sales incentive operations team provides the overall strategy, direction, operational processes, resources, and tools that enable appropriate sales crediting to the sales teams. This includes providing support to existing franchises in addition to supporting new product launches and new indication(s) This role requires a high level of analytical ability to understand various trends and trend breaks for accurate payout reporting. Additionally, this role owns all data related to the development of sales goals for it's aligned franchise(s).
