We have an opening for a Manufacturing Specialist - Equipment Maintenance position in Baker Hughes Manufacturing Plant in Tianjin. The position will support the Artificial Lift Manufacturing. Partner with the best You will be responsible for maintenance activities on the working machines. You will analyze the cause of malfunctions, failure modes and repetitive issues on the working machines. As a Manufacturing Specialist - Equipment Maintenance, you will be responsible for: - Complying with EHS guidelines and participating in continuous improvement for equipment maintenance. - Providing regular maintenance plan of processing machines to ensure proper operation of equipment. - Fixing equipment issue promptly, a nalyz ing the root cause of failures and taking action for long term solution. - Managing Tool holder and jig, including tool grinding and special tool customization. - Providing training and guidance on equipment operation and tool use. - Managing Tool inventory and purchase request in production. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: - Have a Bachelor in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a high school Diploma. - Have more than 2 years of practical work experience in machine maintenance. - Have knowledge of TPM, ability to maximize equipment effectiveness. - Understand the basic concepts of mechanical processing and be familiar with the maintenance of various equipment. - Be able to read, write and speak fluently in English.
