About the role

You will serve as a Technician in the Fleet Support Branch (WXMY), Maritime Electromagnetic Spectrum Mission Systems Div. (WMX), Electromagnetic Spectrum Warfare Dept. (WX) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equal to the GS-13/14. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $138,370). Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: testing and evaluating critical electromagnetic warfare systems against documented system requirements to develop and maintain work processes in accordance with command safety and security policies and train the technical workforce on system operation and troubleshooting practices for an organization.
