Key Responsibilities: Maintaining and updating internal CRM systems with accurate and accessible client information; Capturing promotions within internal systems and assisting with setup, including managing URLs and ensuring correct implementation; Building and managing relationships with assigned B2B clients and responding to their requests; Handling administrative tasks, including basic bookkeeping and coordination of internal processes; Identifying opportunities to improve administrative workflows and implement best practices; Assisting with client calls and providing support to the commercial team as needed. Essential Skills: Strong communication skills in English; Excellent organizational and time management abilities; Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably within a commercial environment; Comfortable with technology such as Microsoft365 and Google tools; iGaming experience is ideal however not required.
